Weekend Uniform: White V-Neck Blouse and Sneakers
Since weekends are usually my time to get dolled up, I thought it would be fun to make my weekend go-to’s into a mini series. My weekends usually tend to be fairly booked and I’m usually on the go for the most part.
This weekend was my usual running around. I worked my day job, Amelia had gymnastics, I had laundry to do and cleaning, grocery shopping, Ariel and I painted our bedroom, the whole nine. Of course, I had to squeeze in a quick photo session. I had every intention on wearing heels but it was so cold that I decided to throw on my sneeks and was out the door.
I felt good. I felt stylish and most importantly, I was comfortable! Especially considering how cold it was outside. I wore a V-neck blouse with ripped jeans and a long coat. I got tons of compliments in this coat. I always tend to gravitate towards ripped jeans when finding something to wear for the weekend, so this pair definitely makes my top 3 pieces for the weekend.
I was a little nervous about this coat since long pieces usually tend to make me look short. However, it worked out in my favor and I was happy. I got the same one for Amelia. I will be doing a look with her featuring this coat also so stay tuned for that.
